The present invention relates to a novel laccase protein and its use, and more particularly, a recombinant expression vector comprising laccase 3 derived from Cryphonectria parasitica , a coding region thereof, which degrades tannic acid, and a recombinant expression thereof. A yeast host cell transformed with a vector, a method of culturing the host cell to produce laccase 3, and a use of laccase 3 are disclosed. According to the present invention, laccase 3 which decomposes tannic acid can be mass-produced in a state in which enzyme activity is maintained. Lacase 3 of the present invention can be utilized in various fields such as pulp, food, textile industry. |
