abstract The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing ramaline, and more particularly, to 2-hydrazinyl-phenol (2-Hydrazinylphenol), L-glutamic acid in which the carboxyl group of carbon 1 and the amino group of carbon 2 are protected. It relates to a method for synthesizing and maintaining ramalin, characterized in that the reaction. According to the present invention, it is possible to synthesize ramalline having excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in a stable yield, thereby enabling mass production of ramalin. In addition, it is possible to maintain the RAMALIN for a long time, it is easy to use the RAMALIN in industry.
