titleOfInvention | Bioactive Mass Carrier Containing Pullulan Derivative-Polyethyleneimine Conjugate and Method for Preparing the Same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a physiologically active substance carrier comprising a cationic polymer conjugate in which a pullulan derivative and a polyethyleneimine are bonded, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a pullulan derivative and a polyethyleneimine to which hydrophobicity is imparted. The present invention relates to a physiologically active substance carrier comprising a cationic polymer conjugate and a method for producing the same. The cationic polymer conjugate in which the pullulan derivative and the polyethyleneimine are bonded according to the present invention has the effect of maintaining a more stable bond between the conjugate and the gene through ionic bonds and hydrophobic bonds with the gene for treatment. Since the conjugated polymer is more stable in vivo than the drug carrier using only binding, the synthesized polymer conjugate is easily degraded in the cell due to the hydrolysis of the polymer, so that the cytotoxicity is low and the biocompatibility is excellent. It is effective for delivery and can be used for the treatment of various diseases including cancer. |
