The present invention relates to a vegetable oil and fat composition excellent in the balance of fatty acids. The fat or oil composition of the present invention can achieve a balanced fatty acid intake by adjusting the fatty acid composition ratio to meet the recommended fat nutrition of Koreans. In addition, the oil-fat composition of the present invention is very excellent in flavor and oxidative stability, and if additionally included plant sterols and tocopherols has the advantage of inhibiting the absorption of cholesterol in the body and further increase the preservation of fats and oils. |
