abstract An object of this invention is to provide the dye-sensitized solar cell which uses the sealing agent for dye-sensitized solar cells excellent in sealing property and iodine dyeing resistance, and this sealant for dye-sensitized solar cells. The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell sealing agent containing a cationically polymerizable compound and a photocationic polymerization initiator, wherein 100 parts by weight of the cationically polymerizable compound has an ether structure in the main chain, and is used in the molecule. It is a sealing agent for dye-sensitized solar cells which contains 20-80 weight part of saturated hydrocarbon compounds which have a cetanyl group bifunctional or more.
