(A) 100 parts by mass of polyorganosiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded hydroxyl or hydrolyzable groups in each molecule, (B) 0.1 to 200 parts by mass of colloidal silica, (C) 1 to 100 ionic emulsifiers Oil-in-water silicone emulsion composition containing a mass part, 0.1-50 mass parts of (D) polyoxyethylene- polyoxypropylene copolymer type nonionic emulsifiers, and (E) 10-200 mass parts of water. This oil-in-water silicone emulsion composition is excellent in storage stability, contains little molecular weight silicone, and can form a cured film exhibiting satisfactory elasticity through the removal of moisture without the use of a tin catalyst. |
