The present invention relates to a high refractive index hard coating composition for roll-to-roll printing, and more particularly, a metal as a resin that enables continuous production of a three-dimensional pattern of a desired size using a metal pattern roll engraved with a three-dimensional pattern. It is to provide a coating composition excellent in releasability with a pattern roll, coating layer flexibility, refractive index, adhesion with a substrate, and wear resistance. The high refractive index hard coating composition for roll printing is 5 to 55% by weight of an organic-inorganic hybrid nano metal oxide composite sol, 3 to 20% by weight of a high refractive fluorene derivative represented by Chemical Formula 1, and a crosslinking agent for photocuring 25 to 25%. 60 wt%, 15-30 wt% of a photocurable solvent having an amide group or a hydroxy group having an unsaturated double bond, and 2-5 wt% of a photoinitiator to provide a method for producing a hard coating composition do. In addition, there is provided a printed three-dimensional coating film to which these compositions are applied. [Formula 1] |
