titleOfInvention How to prepare keratin removal tool
abstract The method for producing an exfoliating abrasive tool is applied to a method for producing an abrasive tool for removing dead skin cells (hardened by changing the epidermis of the skin) occurring on the heel portion of the body. First, in order to form the body of the polishing tool, a raw material is manufactured by foam molding the raw material. The raw material may be used polyurethane and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). The prepared base product is surface washed and then dried. A pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the dried base preparation to prepare a primary workpiece. Abrasive stone is attached to the outer surface of the primary workpiece to prepare a secondary workpiece. The abrasive stone includes aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ) and / or silicon carbide (SiC). The secondary workpiece is dried at high temperature to produce a third workpiece. The protective coating layer is formed on the outer surface of the third workpiece to manufacture the final product. In one embodiment, the final product may further comprise antimicrobial treatment with an inorganic metal antibacterial agent containing antibacterial metal ions (Ag +, Zn 2 +, Cu 2 +, etc.).
