Information on the various models of electrical conductivity (MCM) used in electrical current collectors and how to make them is described. The MCM consists of a torso part made of the same material as the frame, including the handle, which is preferably made of a mesh-like polymeric foam substrate. As the frame and the body are combined to form an assembled model, the specific surface area of the frame increases compared to the body, increasing the rigidity and robustness of the frame. An electrically conductive material is applied to the model, where an electrically active pool can be applied to the current collector. MCM electrodes are extremely light and can be used as positive or negative electrodes for lead-acid, lithium-ion, and nickel metal hydride batteries for improved performance. |
