abstract |
In the present invention, when the test substance solution is agitated with the fine particles, the test substance solution is used by using the fine particles having a large size without damaging the portion where the selective binding substance on the carrier is immobilized by the moving fine particles. It provides an analysis chip that can improve the reaction efficiency with the selective binding material by increasing the stirring efficiency of. A container holding a solution containing a carrier having a selective binding substance fixed on the surface thereof, a test substance reacting with the selective binding substance, and encapsulated in a void formed by the carrier and the container. An analysis chip comprising microparticles for agitating a solution, wherein a partition wall through which a solution containing a test substance passes but not the microparticles, isolates the fine particles from the surface on the carrier to which the selective binding material is immobilized and is provided in the pores. An analysis chip, an analysis method using the analysis chip, and a method of stirring the solution. |
