abstract | (Problem) The power generation efficiency of a solar cell can be improved by reducing the contact resistance between a photoelectric conversion layer and a transparent conductive film, and between a transparent conductive film and a conductive reflection film, and decreasing the series resistance in the solar cell at the time of power generation. Provided are a method for forming a composite film for solar cells and a composite film formed by the method. (Solution means) For forming a transparent conductive film containing both a dispersion liquid containing conductive oxide fine particles and a binder component, or both conductive oxide fine particles and a binder component, on a photoelectric conversion layer laminated on a substrate via a surface electrode. The composition is applied by a wet coating method to form a transparent conductive coating film, and the composition for a conductive reflection film is applied by a wet coating method on the coating film to form a conductive reflection coating, and the substrate having both coating films is fired to thereby transmit a transparent conductive coating. A method for forming a composite film composed of a film and a conductive reflective film, wherein the conductive oxide fine particles contain any of particles having an aspheric anisotropic shape or an aggregate having an anisotropic structure formed by agglomeration of a plurality of particles. |
