Electrically sensitive hydrogel fiber capable of controlling drug release amount by controlling voltage magnitude and its manufacturing method |
abstract |
Disclosed are an electrically sensitive hydrogel fiber and a method of manufacturing the same, which are capable of controlling the amount of drug released by voltage scaling. The method for producing an electrically sensitive hydrogel fiber which can control the drug release amount by controlling the voltage magnitude according to the present invention comprises: (1) a first step of mixing a biocompatible polymer and a solvent; (2) a second step of mixing the drug and the conductive carbon material in the mixture obtained through the first step; (3) a third step of mixing the ultraviolet initiator and the crosslinking agent in the mixture obtained through the second step; And (4) a fourth step of electrospinning the mixture through the third step and crosslinking by irradiating with ultraviolet rays. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively control the amount of drug released through controlling the magnitude of the voltage. |
