The present invention relates to a method for separating membrane proteins of Gram-positive bacteria, and more specifically, to isolate membrane proteins by centrifugation after centrifugation or sodium carbonate. According to the present invention, it is economical because a large amount of membrane proteins of pneumococcal pneumoniae that are difficult to separate can be separated in a simple and fast time. |
