titleOfInvention | Green Tea Drink in Container |
abstract | It offers a green tea drink in a new container that spreads in the mouth, leaves an aftertaste, has a rich taste and concentration, and can be deliciously drinked even when cooled. The green tea beverage contained in the container of the present invention has a concentration of 150 ppm to 500 ppm of monosaccharides and disaccharides combined, and the ratio of the concentration of disaccharides to the concentration of monosaccharides (2 sugars / monosaccharides) is 2.0 to 8.0. The ratio of the electron local catechin concentration (electron local catechin / saccharides) to 1.8 is 4.0 to 4.0, and the content ratio of furfural to furanol (furfural / geraniol) is 0.5 to 3.0. Moreover, it is preferable that the value of the ratio (sugar / (tea leaf derived soluble solid content * 100)) of the density | concentration of the said saccharides with respect to the density | concentration of tea leaves derived soluble solid content is 5.0-10.0. |
