titleOfInvention Manganese Separation Method and Device
abstract The present invention relates to the separation of manganese contained in the waste metal, and more specifically, in the waste metal containing valuable metals such as manganese, cobalt, nickel, lithium, and the like, the amount of oxidizing agent is adjusted according to the concentration of manganese. It relates to the separation of manganese to be effectively separated. To this end, the present invention provides a method for separating manganese from a mixed solution containing manganese, comprising the steps of: (a) generating a metal mixed solution obtained by mixing the ground metal with sulfuric acid; (b) detecting each metal content included in the metal mixed solution mixed in the step (a), and determining the amount of the oxidizing agent mixed with the metal mixed solution according to the content of manganese in the detected metal content ; And (c) mixing the metal mixed solution produced in step (a) with the amount of the oxidizing agent determined in step (b), and precipitating the mixed solution of the oxidant to separate manganese. Therefore, there is an advantage that the manganese can be quickly and effectively separated from the metal mixed solution containing cobalt, nickel, manganese, etc. by adjusting the amount of oxidizing agent according to the content of manganese in the metal mixed solution including manganese.
