titleOfInvention Method for Producing Flower-shaped Silver Nanomaterials Using Proton Beam Pulse Irradiation
abstract The present invention relates to a method of producing a flower-shaped silver nanomaterial comprising preparing an aqueous alcohol solution of silver salt and irradiating a proton beam pulse to the aqueous solution. Wherein the silver salt may be at least one selected from the group consisting of silver nitrate, silver perchlorate, silver chlorate, silver carbonate and silver sulfate, and the alcohol may be a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and a secondary or tertiary alcohol, in particular The secondary or tertiary alcohol may be an alcohol having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, preferably isopropyl alcohol. The mixing ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol and the secondary or tertiary alcohol may be in a weight ratio of 10: 1 to 1: 1, and the concentration of the silver salt with respect to the aqueous alcohol solution may be 1 mM to 100 mM. Irradiating the proton beam pulse has a peak current of 1 to 20 mA, a pulse width of 50 mA to 1 ms, a repetition rate of the proton beam of 0.1 to 60 Hz, and an acceleration beam energy of 1 MeV to 100 MeV. The proton beam may be irradiated, and the number of irradiation steps of irradiating the proton beam pulse may be 1 to 100 times, and the number of irradiation steps of irradiating the proton beam pulse may be adjusted to facilitate the shape of the flower-shaped silver nanomaterial. Can be adjusted.
