abstract A high dielectric constant composite including a composite powder having carbon nanotubes inside titanium dioxide according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided on the outside of the carbon nanotubes by a non-covalent bond with a carbon nanotube, and an anatase. It characterized in that it comprises a composite powder made of titanium dioxide having a crystalline phase, and a polymer resin provided in a state in which the composite powder is dispersed therein. According to the present invention configured as described above, it is possible to manufacture at a low molding temperature to improve productivity, there is an advantage that can be variously designed of a composite having a variety of shapes and properties.
