titleOfInvention | Thermosetting Silicone Sponge Rubber Compositions Having Uniform and Closed Cells, Methods for Making the Sponges and Sponge Rubber Products Prepared therefrom |
abstract | The present invention relates to a thermosetting silicone sponge rubber composition, a method for producing the same, and a sponge rubber product obtained therefrom. The thermosetting silicone sponge rubber composition is obtained by blending a polyorganosiloxane silicone gum containing a vinyl group with reinforcing silica having a large specific surface area and a silicon-based processing aid having a functional group at the end, and containing a polyorganosiloxane and a sock end containing a vinyl group. Alternatively, when the polyorganohydrogensiloxane containing a hydrogen group in the side chain is cured by addition reaction in the presence of a platinum catalyst, it is possible to form a uniform and closed cell by using moisture generated in the dehydration reaction. |
