abstract | PURPOSE: Well-being medical food for losing weight, and a producing method thereof are provided to use medical herb extracts after concentrating and fermenting with lactobacillus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of well-being medical food for losing weight comprises the following steps: boiling water before cooling at 50-60 deg C, and pouring the cooled water to 9-13wt% of inonotus obliquus; separating the inonotus obliquus from the water, and crushing and extracting to obtain an inonotus obliquus extract; inserting pine leaves, mulberry leaves, atractylodes japonica, pueraria thunbergiana, salvia miltiorrhiza, angelica keiskei, eucommia ulmoides, and astragalus membranaceus into 70% ethyl alcohol, and boiling the mixture for 4-5 hours at 95-100 deg C before extracting to obtain a medical herb extract; mixing the inonotus obliquus extract and the medical herb extract, and decompress-concentrating the mixture; lactobacillus fermenting the concentrate before drying and pulverizing; and mixing the fermented medical herb extract powder with dried yeast, soy protein isolate, L-arginine and other ingredients, and molding the mixture into pills. |
