titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for producing perchlorate |
abstract | The present invention uses the electrolytic cell 2 in which the positive electrode side 4A on which the positive electrode 4 is provided and the negative electrode side 5A on which the negative electrode 5 is provided are partitioned by the cation exchange membrane 6 and the positive electrode side 4A. The electrochlorination process (S1) which electrolytically oxidizes the aqueous solution of sodium chlorate in (S1) and the perchloric acid solution on the anode side produced by the electrolytic oxidation, adding a substance exhibiting alkalinity when the aqueous solution was prepared to synthesize perchlorate by neutralization reaction. It has a neutralization reaction process (S2) and the crystallization method which takes out the perchlorate synthesize | combined by the said neutralization reaction process as a crystal | crystallization, The said crystallization method is an evaporation crystallization process (S3) or an evaporation concentration process (S21), a cooling crystallization process ( S22) and a method for producing a perchlorate including a crystallization method comprising three steps of a separation step (S23). |
