The present invention relates to soft capsules widely used in "medicines", "specific health foods", "so-called health foods" and foods, and soft in gelatinous coatings while being soft in the mouth and having good chewability and solubility. The object is to provide a rich taste, to suppress the adhesion of the capsule film, the adhesion between the capsules and the container, and further to suppress the increase of the gelatin film moisture even under high humidity conditions. The low-action soft capsule of the present invention is characterized by being formed by blending powdered fats and oils with gelatin, plasticizer and water as a low-action soft capsule coating. |
