abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of surface modification of patterned gold surfaces using soft lithography. The method for surface modification of a patterned gold surface according to the present invention comprises microcontact printing on a gold surface using a PDMS stamp, thereby selectively polymerizing PEGMA to a pattern on the patterned gold surface using surface initiated polymerization. Improve the stability of the grafted polymer and increase the density of the polymer on the gold surface. |
