[Formula 1] In Formula 1, X and Ar 1 to Ar 4 are as defined in the detailed description of the invention, respectively. The compound for an organic electronic material according to the present invention has a high electron transfer efficiency, which not only prevents crystallization during device fabrication but also has a good layer formation to improve the current characteristics of the device, thereby lowering the driving voltage of the device and at the same time improving the power efficiency. There is an advantage to manufacture.
