Each nanometer-sized antireflective structure formed by protruding has a cylindrical shape as a whole, has a parabolic shape toward the end, and has a flat antireflection film having a distance of 100 nm or less between the antireflective structures. And methods for their preparation are disclosed. Such antireflective films exhibit very good antireflection performance over a wide range of wavelengths and angles of incidence. |
