abstract In the nano-target material carrier and its manufacturing method, the fibroin-coated nano-target material carrier includes lipid nanoparticles containing an oil-soluble target material therein, and a fibroin coating film coated on the lipid nanoparticles. Since the target substance carrier formed by coating fibroin on the lipid nanoparticles has a characteristic of a cationic charge on the surface, the skin permeability of the fat-soluble target substance may be further improved upon contact with the negatively charged skin.
