titleOfInvention | How to measure cystatin C in human body fluids |
abstract | With respect to the conventional measuring method in which polyclonal antibodies with low specificity and monoclonal antibodies with high specificity and weak cohesiveness have been used in large quantities, cystatin C in human body fluid having high specificity and easy automation at low cost is easy. It provides a method for measuring particle enhanced immune. Combination of a high affinity antihuman cystatin C monoclonal antibody with antibody sensitized particles in which antihuman cistatin C monoclonal antibodies having different recognition sites and relatively weak affinity are independently bound to insoluble carrier particles. A method for measuring a particle-enhanced immunity, wherein the amount of binding of the anti-human cystatin C monoclonal antibody to the weight of each antibody-sensitized particle is less than 5% by weight of cystatin C-specific measurement method in human body fluid. |
