abstract With respect to the conventional measuring method in which polyclonal antibodies with low specificity and monoclonal antibodies with high specificity and weak cohesiveness have been used in large quantities, cystatin C in human body fluid having high specificity and easy automation at low cost is easy. It provides a method for measuring particle enhanced immune. Combination of a high affinity antihuman cystatin C monoclonal antibody with antibody sensitized particles in which antihuman cistatin C monoclonal antibodies having different recognition sites and relatively weak affinity are independently bound to insoluble carrier particles. A method for measuring a particle-enhanced immunity, wherein the amount of binding of the anti-human cystatin C monoclonal antibody to the weight of each antibody-sensitized particle is less than 5% by weight of cystatin C-specific measurement method in human body fluid.
