The present invention provides a type of ceftinir acid double salt, which is obtained by reacting ceftinir with an acid and an alkali metal or ammonium (including ammonia) compound or with an acid salt. If the acid or acid salt is a sulfate group, cefdinir sulfate double salt is obtained. If the acid or acid salt is a phosphate group, cefdinir phosphate double salt is obtained. The method of the present invention has a reasonable design, a stable process and good production potential. Cefdinir acid double salt provided by the present invention has a pronounced effect such as high solubility, high bioavailability, and can produce solid preparations and injections for oral administration.
