The present invention relates to a method for producing metal nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles prepared by the present invention and a metal ink composition comprising the same, and excellent in printing performance (transfer characteristics) and pattern formation stability by low temperature firing by the production method of the present invention. This possible metal nanoparticles can be produced in high yield. In addition, the metal nanoparticles may be usefully applied to ink for forming a gate electrode of a flexible printed circuit board or a liquid crystal display device in various electronic devices. |
