abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a monolith carbon airgel carrying a metal oxide for a high capacity capacitor, comprising: (a) producing a monolith carbon aerogel by pyrolyzing a wet gel dried under normal pressure and room temperature conditions in a nitrogen atmosphere; Making a step; (b) impregnating the monolith carbon airgel with alcohols in which a metal precursor is dissolved; (c) calcining the metal-impregnated monolithic carbon aerogel in an air atmosphere to improve the limit of capacitance by using a similar capacitance effect by an interfacial redox reaction. |
