abstract The electrochemical device separator of the present invention comprises a planar porous substrate; It is formed on at least one surface of the planar porous substrate, and has a porous thin film coating layer comprising a crosslinked polyester. Such a crosslinked polyester film does not affect the air permeability of the separator, and has excellent affinity for the electrolyte and good wettability to improve battery performance, and excellent heat resistance and resistance to deformation, thereby contributing to preventing heat shrinkage of the separator.
