The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously measuring individual contents of caffeine and green tea catechin, and more particularly, measuring near-infrared absorption spectra associated with green tea caffeine and individual green tea catechin components by irradiating near-infrared rays on an arbitrary amount of green tea powder sample. ; Dividing the individual near-infrared absorption spectra related to the green tea caffeine and the green tea catechin into the spectrum for measuring and correcting the content of the green tea caffeine and the green tea catechin; Developing a calibration formula for each of the green tea caffeine and the individual green tea catechins by obtaining raw spectra of the green tea caffeine and individual green tea catechin-related near-infrared absorption spectra and their derivatives, and performing mathematical processing and statistical analysis for correcting the content measurement; And correcting and cross-validating the calibration formula with the content measurement correction spectrum of the green tea caffeine and the individual green tea catechins, and verifying the suitability of the verified calibration formula with the spectrum for verifying the content measurement of the green tea caffeine and the individual green tea catechins.
