titleOfInvention | Magnetic Fluorescent Nanoparticle Imaging Probes for Detection of Intracellular Target Molecules |
abstract | The present invention provides a magnetic fluorescent nanoparticle imaging probe that can be used for intracellular target molecule imaging, a method for preparing the same, a composition for detecting the target molecule including the same, and a method for obtaining an image of a living body or a sample using the same. The magnetic fluorescence nanoparticle imaging probe according to the present invention has a mode in which on-off of the fluorescence signal is regulated in accordance with the presence of the target molecule in the cell. It can be usefully used for disease diagnosis / treatment evaluation. In particular, the magnetic fluorescent nanoparticle imaging probe according to the present invention based on magnetic nanoparticles can provide magnetic resonance images as well as optical images according to detection of target molecules in vitro and in vivo. In addition, the magnetic fluorescent nanoparticle imaging probe according to the present invention enables non-invasive and repeated analysis in a living subject. |
