The present invention includes a PNA (Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA)) probe that binds species-specifically to each causative organism for the diagnosis of sexually transmitted infection (STI) or genotyping of the causative organism, the PNA probe. The present invention relates to an STI diagnosis or genotyping kit for causative organisms, and a method for detecting STI or genotyping for causative organisms using the kit. As it can be detected, it enables efficient treatment of STI by appropriate antibiotic selection and treatment outcome monitoring. |
