abstract The present invention is a compound having excellent characteristics as uniform cosmetics and long-term stability of the dispersion and excellent cosmetic properties by the nanofiber dispersion having a small variation in the short fiber diameter, which is not limited in shape and polymer and can be widely applied. Solutions, emulsions and gelled materials and methods for preparing the same are provided. The present invention also provides a synthetic paper having a small pore area composed of fibers by the nanofiber dispersion, and a uniform pore diameter thereof, and a method for producing the same. The present invention is a compounding solution, an emulsion, a gel, and a synthetic paper containing a nanofiber dispersion having a number average diameter of 1 to 500 nm and a sum of the short fiber ratios (Pa) of 60% or more.
