abstract The present invention provides a recombinant multiplex polymerase chain reaction primer, Bacillus cerius, vomiting toxin and diarrhea toxin, which can be used to simultaneously detect the vomiting toxin and diarrhea toxin of Bacillus cereus. It relates to a detection method and a test kit for detecting vomiting toxin and diarrhea toxin of Bacillus cerius. In connection with food poisoning caused by Bacillus cerius, HPLC, GC, MS and the like have been used as a conventional diarrheal toxin detection method, and polymerase chain reaction, ELISA, and the like have recently been developed. However, there is no research related to vomiting toxin detection method. Accordingly, the present invention provides a recombinant multiplex polymerase chain reaction primer capable of quickly and accurately detecting Bacillus cerius producing vomiting toxin and further detecting vomiting toxin and diarrhea toxin at the same time.
