The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an antioxidant food and an edible food using the yeast fungus, which has excellent absorption and penetration in the body and exerts excellent whitening functionality by kojic acid contained in the yeast fungus. Yeast, rice, water and yeast are mixed and fermented at room temperature to filter the liquid, and the residue is filtered to obtain a filtrate, and dried under reduced pressure while removing the smell of the filtrate to obtain a dried product. After extraction, it is concentrated, sterilized, and diluted with 5% ethanol to be used as a general cosmetic raw material. |
