titleOfInvention | Photosensitive composition for volumetric hologram recording and its manufacturing method |
abstract | The photosensitive composition (I) for volume hologram recording of this invention is a volume type containing a binder polymer (A), a photocationic polymerizable compound (B), a photoinitiator (C), and a sensitizing dye (D). A photosensitive composition for hologram recording, wherein the binder polymer (A) is a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1 million having a naphthalene ring. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the photosensitive composition (II) for volume hologram recording mix | blends a binder polymer (A '), a photocationic polymerizable compound (B'), a photoinitiator (C '), and a sensitizing dye (D'). The method for producing a volume-sensitive hologram recording photosensitive composition is characterized in that the photocationic polymerizable compound (B ') is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature below the boiling point in advance. |
