abstract The present invention relates to a ground meat product using an onion peel extract and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a meat ground milled meat product having improved shelf life and a method of manufacturing the meat product using the onion peel extract. The present invention can reduce the pollution and cost generated when discarding the onion peel by using the peel of the onion non-planting portion, there is an effect of using a variety of functional materials, such as polyphenols, flavonoids contained in the tea peel.
