abstract The present invention relates to a composition for NK cell activation or a method for activating NK cells using the composition. More specifically, miR-27a * binds to Prf1 and GzmB protein expression in NK cells. Since it was confirmed that the target cell killing ability of NK cells is negatively regulated by site sequence specificity, a composition that inhibits the expression or activity of miR-27a * can be usefully used as a composition for enhancing cell killing ability of NK cells. In addition, the activated NK cells using the composition can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of cancer.
