titleOfInvention | Two-part lubricant composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a liquid comprising (a) an alkali metal salt of (i) a cellulose-based or acrylic water-soluble polymer and (ii) a bicarbonate; And (b) a B liquid comprising an alkaline metal salt of a silicate. Unlike conventional lubricants used in the conventional liquid state, the lubricant composition of the present invention is used in a solid state by gelation by chemical reaction when A and B solutions dissolved in water are mixed. The gelled composition of the present invention exhibits slippery lubricity with little strength and reduces the frictional resistance of the tube outer wall when propelling the tube. In addition to the lubricating properties, the lubricant composition of the present invention is transported in a liquid state having a very low viscosity to the voids or voids in the ground, and is evenly filled and then gelled into a solid phase. It acts as a very effective filler or void filler. |
