The present invention relates to an antistatic polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device having the same, and more particularly, carbon nanotubes and polyalkyl (meth) krill in which carbon impurities are purified by heat treatment on at least one surface of a norbornene polarizer protective film. An antistatic coating layer containing a rate-based resin is formed, and exhibits excellent antistatic properties such that the static electricity generated in the bonding process with the liquid crystal cell can be removed quickly and effectively, and maintains transparency. In addition, the present invention relates to an antistatic polarizing plate having improved physical properties and optical properties such as reliable durability, rework property, and the like, and a liquid crystal display device having the same. |
