Specifically, a method of converting rutin glycosides to quercetin to treat bitter buckwheat sprout extract with glycolytic enzymes to produce extracts excellent in inhibiting melanogenesis and antioxidant activity, and using them for the preparation of cosmetic compositions for whitening and antioxidants . |
