titleOfInvention | Wrinkle improver |
abstract | An object of this invention is to provide the wrinkle improvement agent which has a novel nucleus suitable as a component of external skin preparations, such as cosmetics. Specifically, the problem is solved by a wrinkle improving agent containing a compound represented by the following formula (1), a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The anti-wrinkle agent is excellent in improving effects such as wrinkles, sagging, and the like, which occur as a result of light aging due to exposure to ultraviolet rays known as skin aging, for example. <Formula 1> [Wherein, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R 2 represents —SH, —SO 3 H, —SSX 1 , —SX 2 , —SO—X 3 , — SO 2 -X 4 , -SO 2 -NY 1 -X 5 or -SO 2 -NY 2 -Y 3 , wherein X 1 to X 5 independently represent a carbon number in which a hydrogen atom or a carbon atom may be substituted with a complex atom; An aliphatic hydrocarbon group of 1 to 8 or an aromatic moiety of 5 to 12 carbon atoms, Y 1 to Y 3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and R 3 represents a hydrogen atom, or An acyl group having a straight or branched alkyl chain having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R 4 represents an unsubstituted or optionally substituted aromatic group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms or a polycyclic condensed aromatic group, m is an integer of 0 to 3 N represents an integer of 1 or 2] |
