| abstract |
A method for producing a crosslinked foamed molded article using a lower mold having a tray-shaped recessed portion and an upper mold capable of sealing the tray-shaped recessed portion, the method for producing a crosslinked foamed molded article including all of the following steps. (1) The thermoplastic resin sheet (A) containing a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, and a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent are contained in the said tray-shaped recessed part, and the thermoplastic resin sheet (B) differing in resin composition from the said thermoplastic resin sheet (A) A step of filling the tray-shaped recesses with the thermoplastic resin sheet (A) and the thermoplastic resin sheet (B) while overlapping and mold clamping the upper mold and the lower mold, (2) pressurizing and warming the mold clamped to the mold, and (3) A step of unclamping a molding die to obtain a foamed molded article. |
