titleOfInvention | Chromium carbonate (III) and its manufacturing method |
abstract | Chromium carbonate (III) of the present invention has a light blue color in the solid state. The chromium carbonate (III) has an L * value of 50 to 70, an a * value of -4 to -2, and a b * value of -10 to -7 represented by an L * a * b * colorimeter (JIS Z8729). This chromium carbonate (III) is completely dissolved within 30 minutes when the amount corresponding to 1 g of Cr is added to 1 liter of aqueous hydrochloric acid solution having a pH of 0.2 at a temperature of 25 ° C. This chromium carbonate (III) is preferably obtained by contacting an aqueous solution containing an aqueous solution of carbonate and an aqueous solution containing trivalent chromium at a pH of 6 to 12 under conditions of a reaction solution temperature of 0 ° C or more and less than 50 ° C. It is also suitable to perform filtration after formation of chromium (III) carbonate and to wash the filtrate until the conductivity of the filtrate is 5 mS / cm or less. |
