abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing samgyetang, including two kinds of ginseng and sea cucumber, namely Yangsamgyetang (兩 蔘 鷄湯) and Yangsamgyetang prepared by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing by adding sea ginseng to general samgyetang, including ginseng and chicken, and more preferably, using decoction of herbal medicine as broth of samgyetang.
