The present invention provides a material having a crosslinked polyrotaxane having a desired viscoelasticity without containing a solvent, in particular a viscoelastic material having a wide range of low stress areas in stress-strain properties and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a material having a first polyrotaxane and a second polyrotaxane, wherein the first and second polyrotaxanes are crosslinked through the first and second cyclic molecules, and the material is free of solvent. And a stress at which 50% of the strain of the material is 2.0 MPa or less. |
