abstract Disclosed are compositions and methods for preparing thermoplastic polyurethanes for use in micro pellet slush molding processes. The composition for producing a thermoplastic polyurethane used in the micro pellet slush molding process of the present invention comprises a polymer comprising 20 to 80 parts by weight of a polyol, 10 to 50 parts by weight of isocyanate, and 5 to 30 parts by weight of a chain extender; And 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a light stabilizer based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a micro pellet-type thermoplastic polyurethane having mechanical properties, light resistance, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and the like substantially improved than conventional thermoplastic polyurethanes.
