titleOfInvention | New cell lines spontaneously immortalized or tumorigenic and their use |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel cell line spontaneously induced immortalization or tumorigenation and its use, more specifically, spontaneously prepared through continuous passage, not transformation by infection of human papillomavirus Transformed cell lines are cells that are capable of proliferation of more than 140 passages, have tumor-forming ability, are epithelial cell origin, tumor-associated factors, cell aging-related factors, or the aneuploid karyotype. Since apoptosis suppresses apoptosis in the expression of DNA replication corrected genes, it is a multi-step process of oral cancer development and oral biology research, or in vitro for screening of anti-cancer substances. It can be usefully used as an in vitro model. |
