titleOfInvention | Tissue-affinity metal biomaterial coated with hydroxyapatite containing a bioactive substance and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a tissue-compatible graft metal biomaterial and a method for producing the same containing a physiologically active substance or growth factor or both, and more particularly, the present invention provides a hydroxyl group on the surface by oxidizing the surface of the metal material. After (-OH) was introduced, the surface was coated with hydroxyapatite, and then the high concentration of hydroxyapatite was used to immobilize the nanoparticles containing the bioactive material growth factor or both on the metal surface. It relates to a tissue-compatible graft metal material and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a metal material containing a bioactive substance or a growth factor or both is significantly improved in tissue affinity, and thus may be usefully used as a biomaterial for cardiovascular or dental implants and orthopedic implants such as stents.n n n Biomaterials, metals, tissue affinity, hydroxyapatite, nanoparticles, bioactive substances, growth factors |
